Learning For Better has a wealth of collective experience - over 55 years combined. We have experience with nonprofits, schools, municipalities, and broader communities.

We have enacted EDI in proven tangible ways, moving beyond diversity statements into actions that speak louder than words:

• Diversifying boards and decision making groups

• Including voices closest to the issues in the solution-making process

• Securing funding to help organizations pay interns and volunteers a living wage

• Advocating for policy changes that improve access to child care, funding streams, and more.

Our working model is based on a liberatory, human-centered design framework: we believe deeply in the phrase “no work about us, without us”. We intentionally set space and time to bring all impacted folks together to the same table to learn with and from each other.
