Chrissy is the founder of Learning For Better and an experienced educator, administrator, researcher, collaborator, coach, and leader. She cares deeply about authentic and inclusive leadership. She can help you take a research-driven strategic approach to your mission-based work.

Senior Director of Organizational Strategy and Equity

Francia is an expert in nonprofits, education, and community organizing. Her national work has secured millions for new educational and workforce structures in multiple states. Her local work in education and organizing has had deep impact on children and families. Francia is passionate about philanthropy and centers her work with an equity lens.

Jamillah is an expert in communications, branding, graphic design, and both digital and print marketing. Her experience in original content creation has helped many women-of-color-owned small businesses thrive both online and in person. She excels at setting intentions, creating innovative communication plans, and sustaining growth for her clients.

Ellen is a children’s literature expert with almost a decade in public libraries and higher education. She excels at looking at data to inform program, organization, and family outcomes. She holds a firm belief in equity in education despite socio-economic status and anti-racist education for all. She believes that knowledge is power.
